Summary: Our stay at NH Collection Piazza Carlina was outstanding. The hotel is ideally located in a beautiful square, offering easy access to Turin’s main attractions. The rooms are spacious, spotless, and equipped with all the modern comforts you’d expect from a top-tier hotel. The breakfast is a highlight — generous, fresh, and with excellent variety. The staff is friendly and professional. A special mention goes to Lucca, who was exceptionally kind and helpful throughout our stay. We also had the pleasure of dining at Carlina, the hotel’s in-house restaurant, where breakfast is also served. The outdoor patio makes meals even more enjoyable — a lovely spot for a relaxed moment. If you’re arriving by car, be aware that Turin — like most Italian cities — has strict ZTL (limited traffic zone) regulations. The hotel offers on-site parking and handles the necessary registration so guests can drive to and from the property. That said, it’s essential to contact them in advance and carefully follow the instructions to avoid any fines. In short, NH Collection Piazza Carlina combines excellent service, comfort, and a fantastic location. We look forward to returning!
